Cancellation Policy
- a) Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: Reservations canceled up to 48 hours before the service date will not incur cancellation fees.
- b) Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the service date: Reservations canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, provided a valid medical justification is presented. The medical justification must be sent by email to info@herimaradventures.com within 24 hours of the cancellation.
- c) Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: Reservations canceled up to 24 hours before the service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation value.
- d) No-show: In case of no-show on the day of the service, 100% of the reservation value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- e) Exceptional situations: For cancellations due to family emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service to discuss possible exceptions.
- f) Grupos On Request: Cancellation conditions for groups will be defined on a case-by-case basis, upon request and prior confirmation. For more information, please contact info@herimaradventures.com.
Cancellation Process:
- All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@herimaradventures.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed, using the original payment method.
